My Acupuncture Blog

Please see below for links to blog entries.

My Acupuncture Blog is my way of letting you know -- immediately – all the new updates, new web pages and the latest research and discoveries being made in the treatment of various illnesses… without you having to remind yourself to visit my website.

More importantly, my Acupuncture Blog is my way of keeping you quickly informed about how to recognise illnesses or injuries as they arise. It will help you understand your illness and shows you what you can do to help yourself. You’ll also know how I’ve treated these conditions very successfully so that you can get the same results.

It’s all done for you. My acupuncture blog will…

* keep you up-to-date with other postings or news about illnesses successfully treated with acupuncture and Chinese herbs (like the latest on weight loss);

* let you know whenever any new Web page appear on acupuncture-and-you, telling you about the most effective treatment methods;

* point out the latest (and most useful) findings from scientific trials from all over the world that you might otherwise miss out on;

* let you know when I send out the acupuncture-and-you e-zine (just in case you prefer not to give your e-mail address, or if your ISP or computer causes you to miss an important issue).

Here's how to Subscribe to my acupuncture blog (no e-mail necessary)

  • Click on the My Yahoo! button or My MSN or Add To Google button if you have a personalized home page there.

    OR

    If you do not have an RSS reader, don't worry. First, and if you are not sure what RSS and blogging is all about, click on the blue link below the Orange buttons on your left... "What's an RSS Feed?" It will explain RSS and gives you all the instructions you need to download the free RSS reader.

    Then to Subscribe, all you have to do is this:

    1. Right click on the Orange RSS button

    2. Copy the link that says "Copy Shortcut" or "Copy link Location" depending on the browser you use. All you need to do here is to copy the name of the link of my RSS feed. You'll be pasting the name of that link into the RSS Reader that you have downloaded.

    3. In the RSS Reader, click on "Clear/New" and paste the link in the top left box that says "Feed Name". Then click on Import. It will take you to another box and you'll have to paste the link name again and click on Import.

    That's all.

    Once you start, you will be amazed at the speed RSS can keep you up to date.

    Enjoy it, it is a fantastic way to keep up to date!
