Energy and Vitality: If you are constantly tired or tired all the time, you need to improve your vitality levels

If you are constantly tired or if you are exhausted all the time, you need to review how you go about increasing your vitality levels because there is a difference between vitality and energy levels.

In fact, you can easily avoid the heavy burden and hidden financial cost of disease and ill health by reconsidering how you go about increasing your energy and vitality levels.

Vitality is not the same as energy. In fact, vitality is more powerful that energy.

I believe that on many levels, vitality is more important than energy, especially if you are a woman or man who is easily exahusted. Energy levels can be quickly and easily raised but it is not long-lasting. However, if you choose to actively work towards improving your vitality, the benefits you’ll receive will be ongoing, long-term.

You can have energy but no vitality. In many instances, a particular situation or reason gives us the energy we need to complete a task. But that speck of energy does not equate vitality. For example a new mother who has to wake up numerous times in the middle of the night to care for her baby has no vitality but somehow finds the energy to care for the baby.

You can have vitality without having energy. For example, an elderly person who is worn out from old age or illness yet finds the “spark” - that special display of vitality - when they speak about a happy event or success in their life. Granted, the moment of vitality is short but vitality is present.

The preferred condition for your mind and body is for you to have good levels of vitality, which will automatically raise your energy levels if you are constantly exhausted or tired all the time. That is the ideal you should aim for in order to help you cope with our modern fast-paced, pressured society.

In my book Reclaim Your Vitality I reveal to you the whole package needed to reverse the unwelcome effects of 21st Century living.

Reclaim Your Vitality is the complete package –– it’s not just about doing more exercise, nor is it about dieting yourself to be thinner. It is about recognising that as humans we are a bio-psycho-social-spiritual being that must be properly and sufficiently nurtured. If you are constantly tired, order your copy today through our company's secured website (www.goldenlion.com.au).
